Spring Onion & Basil (in the black pot)
Made this last Sunday. Both ingredients goes into my Vietnamese Springrolls. Like I've said earlier, be creative with your choice of veggie fillings... Tomatoes & those thinly sliced celery sticks are from Tesco LOL. Can't wait to have 100% ingredients from my garden. (But I'm not keen on the idea of having my own shrimp pond at home....
