Found this malabar spinach's seedling last 2 weeks, growing in between of my rosemary and indian borage plant given by a dear friend, and decided to keep it. Ignore the berlubang stock pot :P I wonder why it's called spinach when it's not even in da same family with spinach....Can't wait to try this. According to my friend, she would normally stir fry this. Note to self : taste a bit like mud! LOL :P Thinking of putting a lot of kicap when i wanna fry this lovely looking veggie. Yup agree with you the red ones somehow taste like mud.
Baru nak panjat Diana, semalam terlentuk kena hujan pulak.....hopefully survive la...suka tgk kaler dia cantik....part taste tu hopefully boleh diterima la nnt hehehe ;)
